A vintage Hoover Model 5450 Floor Polisher/Scrubber in reasonably clean, nice condition for its age. Motor powers right up as soon as the handle is lowered.  Handle release, switch and cord set are in good condition.  This machine has no brushes, pads, or accessories, and is being sold as is.  The handle will be disassembled for shipping. A nice machine for a collector.
