This is a vintage Singer Treadle Sewing Machine brass finish drawer knob. These were used on early machines before Singer went to the wood knobs. These are untouched and have that original patina which will blend right in with your other knobs. They have not been touched. You can polish them back to the brass finish, but you will never get that 100 years of patina back. Includes the original mounting screws. These should blend right in with the other knobs.
