Vintage Polish tag square boy scout Cap Khaki green Uniform Hat Visor

I found this old hat at an estate sale. It's clean. No weird smells. Ships fast. I put it on my head and  then measured my head. My head measures 22 inches around and the hat was a little tight on me.   Someone sent me a message about this hat and since I don't know much about it myself, I'll post what they sent here:
It is Polish language. The tag sais the cap has been manufactured for (or in) Central Scouts Depot in Bydgoszcz and the address is given. Bydgoszcz being a city. The tag also sais that it was made in '83 and the size is 56 (cm). The price was 285 PLN
