Returns
If you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange a full refund or product exchange. Items returned for any other reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We must receive the returned item(s) within two weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging
whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
AS IS
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind. (As long as the item shipped is the correct item listed, of course.)

Shipping Delay
Due to high quantity amounts of sales shipping may be delayed for a week or so as restocking is needed and it takes time to receive our product or item. If there is a complication we will handle things professionally and if you require your money returned we will take the steps needed as a professional Ebay seller.
Non-Paying Bidders
Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of auction close with no contact or payment arrangement will be added back into our inventory, and an Pricetronic non-paying-bidder claim will be filed.
