Condition is "New in Sealed Box"  This is a brand new Shoe Polisher.  Stands 31" Tall.  Has Dual Buffers.  Powerful 100Watt Motor. The box still has the plastic covering over it.  The plastic covering has come off on most of the bottom of the box, and then there are some spots throughout that have a little plastic missing, close up pictures attached.  The box also shows a little wear on the top corner, picture attached.  Buyer to pay shipping.
