Technivorm Moccamaster 79112 KBT Coffee Brewer, 40 oz, Polished

This listing is for a USED Technivorm Moccamaster 79112 KBT Coffee Brewer, 40 oz, Polished Silver. I bought this Moccamaster (new) because most brewers don't maintain a proper brewing temperature of 196-205 F and I needed to brew large amounts of premium coffee properly, and this machine is perfect for this use case. This powerful machine maintains the proper temperature throughout the brew cycle and brews quickly! I don't entertain much anymore and mostly brew one cup at a time, so I don't need this workhorse anymore.
The machine is in great shape and cleaned up very nicely. I have only used reverse osmosis filtered water in it, so it is very clean on all the internals and reservoir. I have cleaned the carafe inside and out. Some minor staining remains inside the carafe and on some of the plastic parts, and the silicone seals are stained brown as they normally are with typical use. There are signs of normal use with the carafe base plate showing wear along with incidental minor scratches and marks on most of the components. There is no damage and all seals are working and included. See the photos for details and any cosmetic marks.
This unit is almost the same as the current model KBT, with some differences in the carafe. It is a very simple, powerful, and reliable unit and will be a great brewer for years to come.
