Tall Actinolite in Quartz Crystal with Natural and Polished Surfaces This incredible crystal, from Minas Gerias, Brazil, is an actinolite included quartz with exceptional character. This dramatic crystal features a complex structure of exposed natural actinolite, including some edge nicks, sharing the surfaces with the polished quartz. There is also a rainbow just below the surface of the dominant facet. This impressive crystal of actinolite in quartz has a flirty curve and stands 5 1/2" tall; it is  2 1/4" by  1 3/8 wide and weighs 1 pound, 1 ounce. Actinolite can be helpful in connecting one to a higher spiritual awareness. It is said to enhance self-esteem and expand creativity. Actinolite included quartz is said to be particularly helpful in helping one find a new direction after losing one's way.
