Due to the number of problematic buyers of late, I have been forced to institute the following policies.
- YES! I combine shipping. Please add all items to cart and request an invoice, or I will send one. If you do not receive your shipping refund for multiple items please message me right away before becoming upset. I likely just missed it as I am a one person enterprise. I am human after all.
- If there is any issue with the item purchased, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I stand by all my items and sales. I will make it right for you if there is a problem. But please CONTACT ME. I want you to be happy!
- Buyers have 4 days past Auction end to pay. If 4 days pass without payment, an unpaid item case will automatically open.
- I reserve the right to refuse business to any possible buyers that prove difficult. I do not lie, if I list something as new, it is NEW. If I list as used, it is USED. I do not try to sell used items as new, Honesty is my best policy.
- Generally I do not accept returns. I want my buyers happy and I try to take the best pictures of each item I can. If you are unsure about something, please contact me with any questions or to request more detailed photos on a particular item.
- Under certain circumstances I will accept a return. The item must be in the same condition it left me, and you must pay return shipping. I reserve the right to accept or deny any return request. “Not fitting”, “don’t like”, “no longer want” are not approved reasons for returns. By placing a bid, you are electronically signing a contract (ebay’s contract) to purchase the item. I list sizing information, measurements and encourage you to contact me if you’re unsure.
- All photos are of the exact item you will receive. I do not use stock photos. Photos are part of the item’s description, please examine them closely. Photos may include multiple items in it.
