Rare Schilderia Adamanica petrified wood slab, from Arizona.  Has a great presentation and agate fortifications that go great with the ray pattern schilderia is known for. This tree makes up a small (less than 5%) population of trees preserved in the Chinle formation, Black Forest Beds, from the triassic period. Large slab with quartz. And calcite center

From Mark Buford collection in California. He collected this many years ago in what he described as a old stream bed with log jams. East of Holbrook. He is still an active collector.
