Please note that the default picture is black T-shirt with white vinyl on it. Your shirt will be black color always(currently that is the only color shirt we carry), and graphic or writing will be the color of your selection of vinyl color at the drop down menu you pick as vinyl color. Please note that picture does not change when you select vinyl color from drop down vinyl color menu, but you will receive the finished product as the color of vinyl print you have selected at drop down menu for your shirt. So for example if you pick Metallic Gold Vinyl and buy it like that, you will receive black shirt with metallic gold writing or graphic for your shirt. We do whatever it takes to make customers happy, however it sometimes that may not be possible, therefore customers less than 10 feedback and/or tendency to leave too quick negative or neutral feedback for us sellers required to send me an email stating they read and understand the listing and policies before they purchase anything. How to Order and Use Drop Down Menu on the Listings : For License Plates: If you want to order just like the one on the picture, as license plate color please pick: Black Mirror License Plate and as Vinyl color please pick: Chrome Mirror Silver Vinyl For T-Shirts: First Pick Area to Print: If you want graphic or lettering to be printed front side please select :Print Front Side. If you want it printed back side please select : Print Back Side and then please select the size of the shirt you need, sizes range from small to 5XL. And then to pick Vinyl color(design color) for your shirt, please go to section where it says :Then Vinyl Color(Design Color) and from drop down menu select the vinyl color(design color) for your shirt. If you want to order just like the one on the picture please pick White Color vinyl and print front side for your shirt after you select the size you need. For Car Decals/Stickers: Most of the time default picture is Chrome mirror silver, but this can change so please examine picture. For Wall Decals: Most of the time default picture is black color vinyl, but this can change so please examine picture. Again, Please note that picture does not automatically change when you select different vinyl color from drop down vinyl color menu, so PLEASE do not just randomly pick different color vinyl for your shirt or license plate thinking you will get what is pictured, it does not work that way.  So, when you select different color license plate and different color vinyl and buy it like that your end product you will receive is going to be the color of vinyl for your shirt or license plate you have selected at drop down menu, same applies for sticker/decals.
So for example if you pick Metallic Gold Vinyl for your license plate, and pick black mirror license plate,  you will receive black mirror license plate with Metallic gold vinyl graphic or lettering and trim on your license plate, and of course same applies for all shirts and sticker/decals too so if you pick metallic gold vinyl for your shirt at drop down Vinyl Color Menu you will receive Black Shirt(the only color shirt we carry) and Metallic Gold Vinyl graphic or lettering for your shirt.
Please note that, if you pick Black License plate and as vinyl choice if you pick black color it won't show on your license plate please pick accordingly, likewise if you pick clear mirror license plate with chrome mirror silver vinyl, again your graphic or lettering won't show on the license plate please understand how this works, if this is too confusing for you please email me your phone info I will explain you on the phone.

About Vinyl Decals: These are DIE-CUT decals meaning there is no background. If there is a background color in the picture, it is used only as a example. The background color will be the color of the surface you place the sticker on, or clear if you put it on a window. Vinyl Decals come in 3 pieces: 1. Top layer is a transparent transfer tape which holds your sticker till it is applied. 2. Middle layer is your actual decal or sticker  3. Bottom layer is the wax backing which protects your decal till you apply to the surface you would like. PRODUCT USAGE on Decals : Decals or Stickers are perfect for all non-porous surfaces. It is great for automobile windows, motorcycles, snowboards, skateboards, surf boards, surf boards, practically anywhere you would think a sticker would stick and stay for example. Vehicle Windows, Vehicle Body Surfaces, Motorcycles, Mopeds, Bicycles, Helmets, Tractors, Trailers, Toolboxes, ATV's, Jet Skis, Surfboards, Snowmobiles, Snowboards, Skateboards, Drums, Guitars, Mirrors, Laptop Cases, Desktop Computer Towers, Boats, Hard Hats, Walls, Smooth Painted Surfaces, Store Windows, Plastic Boxes, Printers, Lockers, Doors, Laminate Surfaces or just about any surface that is smooth and clean! DECAL APPLYING INSTRUCTIONS: (
Please read everything first, if instructions are not clear please search " decal application instructions or video tutorials"  on the internet especially if this is your first time, please do not hesitate to ask help from someone who knows how to apply decal as you are going to have one shot of try only. 1. Clean surface well. Remove all wax, dirt, rain, etc. 2. Position decal where you would like it to be applied (May require some measuring) 3. Tape one end of the decal to the surface with masking tape. 4. Now, reach under the decal and start peeling the under layer off, starting from the taped end. As you peel the under layer off, allow your second hand or squeegee to follow the crease in the under layer (you should be applying pressure to the decal where the under layer is freshly peeled off). Be sure to watch out so that the decal doesn't come off with the under layer. If it does, work backwards and try peeling it at a sharper angle. 5. Use a squeegee  or credit card back and forth across the decal (while the carrier tape is still covering it). This will help insure the decal will stay on its surface while you peel up the carrier tape. 6. Slowly peel up the transfer tape. Make sure none of the decal peels up with it. If it does, work backwards and try peeling the tape off at a sharper angle. Sometimes vinyl resists peeling off of transfer tape especially chrome vinyl, please peel it off super slowly and make sure all parts of coming off if not please use different angle and use a squeegee type of item like credit card and id card to smooth the vinyl and peel it off from different angle and from the back side very very slowly while you make sure all parts are coming off. If your decal has a separate color layer, such as a shadow, peel the backing off first so that you can line the decal up through the clear tape. If there are bubbles no need to panic most of the bubbles you can get rid of with a small pin and squeegee and most of them will go away in time with sun and air in time. Size Change : There is NO CHARGE for making the decals smaller than the standard size. However please do not assume we can make some decals smaller than as is, some decals cannot be made smaller than it is being offered because of the detail of the actual decal and machine will not cut it. IF you plan to buy our items and need smaller size, please ask first before you purchase as we may not be able to make it smaller as explained above in detail. Reverse (Mirror) Cut :  There is NO CHARGE for reverse cutting a decal.  This is usually done when you order a pair of decals and want one of them to face the opposite direction.  Leave us a note in the process of making your Paypal payment if you want one of the decals to be reversed cut or simply send us an e-mail and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. My item is damaged during shipment what should I do now?: Sorry about your item has been damaged during shipment, since we do not deliver items ourselves, its not our fault but this doesn't mean that we won't help you. Damages during the shipment for items we ship highly unlikely situation, because we package goods very good, but there is still a slight chance this may have happen due to circumstances beyond our control. Please NO WORRIES. We will fix the situation for you. Simply just send us a picture of damaged item and upon confirmation we will immediately reship your item again, and it won't cost you a penny. Unfortunately picture is required to prevent abuse. This has nothing to do about not believing what you say or claim. WE do not make money from shipping. Whatever it costs us to ship we charge it accordingly. We understand your concerns about worrying about your decal getting damaged during shipment therefore our preferred method of sending decal shipments are Tube Mailers. For larger decals, we ship them either in large envelopes or bigger tube mailers. We use Ebay's shipping label service so when we print your shipping label Ebay automatically send us and customer email with the tracking information. International Shipping - Canadian Customers- Global Shipping Program by Ebay : We only use Ebay's Global Shipping Service for international shipping.Because of the regular USPS international shipping we used in the past and being extremely unreliable and packages getting delayed and being hold at customs for very long period of time or mysteriously disappearing or not arriving at all made us to review our shipping practices. Currently we only ship via Global shipping service, we understand its more expensive for buyers but at least it is the most guaranteed international shipping method we used so far. As a seller time to time I randomly check tracking information for packages for random customers to see if they arrived because I care my customers, if I miss that and there is any problem etc. If your package is delayed, or something happened please do not open a case with ebay, that just sounds like as if we do not want to help, which is definitely not the case... let us know just sending us an email and explaining the situation and we will do our best to fix the situation we won't ignore you, worse case scenario we will re-send the package and it won't cost you a penny. It says my item is delivered but I did not get it, what can I do? :             Please be patient, This may have happened because sometimes for example when you live in an Apartment complex they leave your package in Apartment Office, please make sure you check the office. And again most of the time your neighbor, friend or colleague picks up your package for you so no one else picks it up, please ask around and find out if someone you know took the package for you. And sometimes the item was delivered somewhere else like your neighbors for example please ask around. And sometimes its being wrong scanned at USPS office and even though it says delivered it may have been still at the truck or at post office and most of the time it gets delivered in a day or two( Carrier scanned the package as delivered either before leaving on his route at at the recipient's doorstep, then, for any number of reasons, failed to actually deliver it.) , please ask your regular delivery guy next day and he will tell you where your package is. To our years of experience, when we as seller call local post office and start official investigation they mysteriously find your package so calling your local post office is good idea.
