DJ in Acceptable condition with heavy edgewear, moderate surface soil and a 2.0" open tear at spine center.  There are 1.0" tears at top and bottom of front channel and Several 1/2" chips along bottom margin.  Additional small tears and chips and heavy edge rubbing.
