Four Mold-Matched Modified OFFICIAL BSA Wheels & Polished Axles  Mold - Matched Wheels Assures Consistency & Quality Across all Four Wheels. Lathed Outer Thread Reduce Radial Run-out of Wheels to less than 0.002" in a Repeatable Manner (95% CI). All Four Wheels will have the Same Diameter.  The Diameters of the Wheel Sets are Between 1.1735" to 1.1800" Measured Wheel Runout: 0.00007 to 0.000319"  95% Confidence Interval Later Runout of Wheels are Very Small . We Do Not REAM Bores:  REAMED Bores = Large Bores = Slow Cars Optimized Two-Step Outer Wheel Hub:   Two Cuts are Taken on the Outer Hub to Remove the Radial Runout.  Result: A Superior Contact Area for Axle Head to Rotate Against. Polished Wheel Bores:   Wheel Bores are Polished with Perfluorinated Wax to Reduce Friction at the Interfaces between the Axle and Wheel Four-Polished Axles Axle Shaft and Head are First Machined on a Lathe to Round Axle Shaft and Remove the Crimp Marks on the Axle Head. Next, The Axles are Sanded & Polished to a Very Smooth Surface to Reduce Friction.   Last, the Axles are Surface Treated with Perfluorinated Wax to Provide Superior "Slip" at the Contact Surfaces.   This Treatment is Superior to Graphite Burnishing.  The Waxed Bores are Very Much Compatable with Either Graphite or Oil.
