The language being used is Polish, and it goes on to say, Opracowal Jozef Mitkowski which translates to: Compiled by Jozef Mitkowski. Jozef Mitkowski was a Polish historian and professor. This fascinating map is written in Polish language and is primarily of Eastern Europe. There is a legend indicating colors and symbols which is also written in Polish.
Condition: This map is in fair condition, there is ripping and tearing along the outside margins and a little bit along the top of the map. Additionally there is cracking throughout the map but it does not disrupt the map coloring or print. The print and colors are intact and vibrant!
