Rare Vintage Polish And U.S.S.R. Stamps Lot Of 22

This is a fairly large lot of both Polish and  Russian stamps. Most are pre USSR but 4 of them have either the hammer and sickle or CCCP on them. Only six or seven of the stamps have hinges. The rest are unaltered as far as I can tell. Only 9 look to have been canceled. The rest are not. One of the CCCP and one of the hammer and sickle stamps are noticeably uncentered. Perhaps it's a valuable rarity I'm not sure.
