BABA ADVICE : It doesn't require a base or top but I love using Brilliantdue to make it even shinier and speed up drying. Try it!
HOW TO USE:
1. Before applying it use the Mirror Effect file phase one, then phase 2.
Nail File: Rub it onto the nail bed first with part 1, then with part 2 then apply Mirror nail polish.
2. Apply the nail polish in thin coats.
