HEAVY 8.5" TALL RUBY RED BLOWN GLASS VASE - POLISHED PONTIL

Offered for sale is a GORGEOUS RUBY RED FLOWER VASE WITH WHAT I BELIEVE IS A POLISH PONTIL ON THE BOTTOM (see photo) WHICH WOULD INDICATE HANDBLOWN - YOU BE THE JUDGE AS I AM NOT AN EXPERT
. Would be beautiful to use for those Valentine Day red Roses.  It is 8.5" t
