This ad is for work to be performed on your heads. We don't do a textured finish... Why???  Because to us textured is not finished work... Our work is smooth and meticulously hand finished! If you buy a set of used heads off Pricetronic or anywhere else used, it is recommended that you purchase some of our service's before bolting them on your bike. This is a cheap way to insure the heads you just bought are in mechanically sound condition and are ready to bolt on as well as adding Power! Don't want the full service? There is no excuse if your heads are off to at the very least have us give them a valve job and install new high temp valve guide seals. Ported and Polished heads will be a compliment to the other performance parts that are installed on your bike. Stage 1 Heads perform great between 2000-6200 rpms! Gains can be expected in the range of  10 - 20 Horse Power and Torque over stock heads with a good cam and a tune! Polishing of combustion chamber : ( most porters don't polish the chamber or ports because it's a time consuming process.) 1. Helps Prevent Carbon Build Up - Which lead to hot spots and pre-ignition/detonation 2. Reflects Heat - Resulting in cooler head temps and a more dense air charge creating more Horse Power and Torque! 3. Better Fuel Economy - Resulting from the reflection of heat, aiding in a more complete burn in the combustion process. Stage 1 modification includes: De-carbonize, Disassemble, and Inspect Polishing of Combustion Chamber Full porting of both intake and exhaust runner. Polishing of both runners to ideal surface. 80 grit intake for increased velocity and better air/fuel atomization Fully polished exhaust keeps velocity high and carbon build up down. Retaining of factory guides, valves, and springs (unless upgraded)     Valve Job to Harley specs.     All gasket surfaces are lightly sanded to assure proper seating of gaskets. Machine and Install manual compression releases - $150.00 with releases If you buy used heads or have your heads off the bike for whatever reason you should replace the seals, replace the springs, and lap the valves so you don't end up with a catastrophic mechanical failure (resulting in a very costly rebuild). Stage 1 heads will create greater Volumetric Efficiency (cylinder fill) and Velocity (faster air speed), in effect producing more torque , and at the end of the equation this means more horse power! Resulting in faster acceleration and a more efficient running engine.
