Oversized Valves installed with a competition valve job! 1mm oversized Intake valves installed for superior flow! .5mm oversized exhaust valves installed for superior flow and head reduction! Ported and Polished heads will be a compliment to the other performance parts that are installed on your bike. Stage 1 & 2 Heads perform great between 2200-6500 rpms! Stage 1 & 2 Head service is great for building 107ci-131ci motors. Turn your Stock Heads into Performance Heads! Stage 1 Heads will support over 140 Horse Power and Torque! Stage 2 Heads will support over 160 Horse Power and Torque! Gains can be expected in the range of  20 - 60 Horse Power and Torque over stock heads with a good cam and a tune! Over a 60% power increase over stock can be expected with Stage 2 heads, big bore kit, and cams! ~Ask about our Stage 3 and 4 Services~     Stage 2 modification includes: De-carbonize, Disassemble, and Inspect Removal of powder coating of Combustion Chamber Porting of both intake and exhaust runner. Polishing of both intake and exhaust runners to ideal surface. Fully polished exhaust keeps velocity high and carbon build up down. Retaining of factory guides, valves, seats, and springs (unless upgraded)     Competition Valve Job on both Intake and Exhaust valves.     All gasket surfaces are lightly sanded to assure proper sealing of gaskets.     Machining and installing oversized Stainless Steel High Flow Valves - ($600 value)     High Lift Spring Packages are available at an extra charge - $300 We have a 1 week turn around time on most services! Replace the seals, check springs, or upgrade the springs, check the valves, lapping of valves or valve job may be required. You don't want to end up with a catastrophic mechanical failure (resulting in a very costly rebuild). Stage 2 heads will create greater Volumetric Efficiency (cylinder fill) and Velocity (faster air speed), in effect producing more torque , and at the end of the equation this means more horse power!
