Achieve professional results when grinding and polishing concrete counter tops and surfaces with the SD VSP5 wet polisher/grinder. A wet polisher is the cornerstone of any polished decorative concrete project and the SD VSP5 delivers the power and features to make it the choice of the professional concrete artisan. Use the VSP5 with the included diamond wheel and polishing pads to effectively grind and polish your concrete surface. Quickly grind and shape concrete surfaces with the included 4" SD diamond cup wheel. SD diamond cup wheels are perfect for beveling edges and exposing aggregate on your decorative concrete surface. Containing 30/40 grit diamond the SD 4" diamond cup wheel is aggressive and best used for applications involving heavy stock removal. The pads in this kit are not general or all purpose polishing pads.
They are professional grade 5 inch 6mm thick diamond polishing pads. SD diamond pads have been manufactured with advanced hard bond resin matrix to maximize life when used on aSDasive concrete surfaces. Above normal concentration of premium diamond enable faster stock removal speeds and quicker overall polishing results while maximizing pad life. When used in sequence from 50 grit to 3000 grit SD diamond polishing pads will create a remarkable polished concrete surface. Also included is a 4 piece set of SD foam backed electroplated diamond hand pads. Use SD diamond hand pads to effectively knock down mold marks and edges on your concrete project. Electroplated diamond hand pads are great tools for detail and corner finishing as well as along your back splash, inside your sink bowls, and along walls.
