Remember when glow sticks were the coolest things you'd ever seen? Something about that fluorescent little wand captivated us, and that's why we still get a little thrill every time we come across anything with a tagline that reads "glow in the dark". Moonglow is a blue polish that glows green in the dark. It is a natural blue polish that can be worn on it's own or over other colors (best over light shades). In order for the nail polish to glow it will need to be exposed to a light source to charge it. Sunlight is the most effective, but a bright light bulb will work as well.
