The ratio is 1: 1 (water: powder) in weight.  thoroughly mixed to  wet paste/solution. 2.  Attach the hook and loop backing pad to a electric drill.  Attach the wool polishing pad to backing pad .Apply a small amount of the wet paste to the glass and wool pad. 3.  Work the polishing pad over the scratch.   Not exceed 2000 RPM, 2KG pressure. 4.  Applying more wet paste to continue polishing. Add a little water if too dry or overheat. 5.  Repeat until the light scratch is no longer visible .
