We inspected the faucet and noted the base of the faucet has small blemishes (see second photo). The blemishes are little more noticeable than the photo would indicate. The faucet has not been previously installed and the mounting hardware/accessories are sealed in the manufacturer packaging. Ships with the installation instructions.
