This costume is quite spectacular. The skirt needs to be attached to the back of the body suit as it came fastened with safety pins. The back of the piece is open at the top and will require a small hook or snap to hold the neckline together. A small bow came with the set that can be attached to the front of the body suit or perhaps used in your child's hair.
The skirt is marked XS child, but I showed measurements to make sure this would be a good fit. This is made of spandex so it does stretch. The collar is made of a lightweight satin material. The blue vest feels like a soft rayon.
