TIP: CND Creative Play Nail Polish Base Coat contains two mineral ingredients (talc and silica) to establish a solid foundation for overlying nail color.
Step 2 – Color Coat
Choose yours from 100+ colors and 10 finishes! Apply a thin layer of CND Creative Play Nail Polish. Allow to dry then repeat another thin layer. Allow to dry.
TIP: It is recommended that you use CND Creative Play Nail Polish Base and Top Coats with the Nail Lacquer to ensure optimal performance.
Step 3 – Top Coat
Lastly, apply a thin layer of CND Creative Play Nail Polish Top Coat. Allow to fully dry.
