", +Powder Blue! I had been a Jeweler for several years, and started buying finished Opal cabochons to set in pendants and rings, (I fell in love with opals), and decided to learn to cut them myself. Now I have been an Opal Cutter (exclusively) since 1996, (for 23 years). My BACK hurts I believe Opals are the most Beautiful Gem in the world, without equal! My promise to you is that I will never knowingly misrepresent any Opal that I sell , and if you feel that it was, I will immediately refund your money. (Any Stone returned must be returned in the original weight, and "overall" condition it was sent, and not "altered" in " any " way). I know that the light that I, (or anyone), that Photographs Opals it effects the lightness/darkness of the way it looks on different computer monitors, I "try" (if need be), to adjust my lighting to represent the "true" body tone of each stone. (this also keeps the Color, and Brightness) true to if viewing it with the naked eye. I'm sure this is one of the "MOST" important things to the buyer! (It "is" to me when buying "rough" from Australia)! Almost all of the rough that I bought was purchased from mines in Australia between 1996-1998.
