– We use a proprietary polishing method to achieve a shiny mirror silver finish on the Apple Watch Ultra; no one else uses the method we do. The watch body is not exposed to anything that could harm it during this process.After the order is placed we will contact you at the email provided within 24hrs M-F (the next business day if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday) with detailed instructions on how to send it in for service. You are responsible for shipping it to us via a trackable method with any signature and insurance you would like to add; we will send it back with the method you choose at checkout. All return shipments from us require a signature; sorry no exceptions. Current turnaround times are subject to availability and our current workload.
