Wheels are in good condition these have some fading of the label and soil from handling & storage.
Tightly compressed wool felt forms a good wheel for all-purpose polishing and buffing.
Has pin hole centers to be mounted and used on taper shaft spindle.
Taper shaft is not included (only to show how pin hole is used) Finest quality 1/4" wide felt wheels, carefully selected and factory trued. The closely controlled density of felt wheels will give the superb finish. Use a different wheel for each polish grit.
