27  Emtek 4" x 4" x 3.3 mm # 9621426 Square Brass Polished Chrome Hinges These Retail new in and around $50+ per pair. 27 hinges enough for 13, 2 hinged applications or 9, 3 hinge applications. Got these from a contractor friend of mine to use in my house. (My hinges are 3.5" with radius edges and are brass colored not chrome.) These were installed 3 to a door for a high end type apartment in NYC during a renovation. The lady (Artsy type) insisted on painting her apartment herself. Called my friend back a month later saying she didn't like these hinges because when you touch them they leave fingerprints. (Factually she is correct, I found that out myself but who goes around touching door hinges all the time?) She wanted to have satin finished ones instead.  (Nice lady, offered to pay full price for material and labor but was given a discount anyway.) Anyway: She had gotten white paint on a lot of them. (Comes off with mineral spirits, rag, and a couple of minutes per hinge.) She also, (remember artsy type?)  changed over a lot of the screws to patina'd ones she thought would.. well whatever she thought. That left a bit of patina run off on some of the hinges. (Patina = she had taken bare steel screws and let them get a light dusting of orangish rust on them.)  That also wipes off, I found easier than the paint. In fact look at the photo close ups of one hinge that has some "patina" run off on it and then see the after pic of the one screw hole all cleaned up, I used a handi-wipe with a spritz of windex on it. The lady saved all the Emtek screws, I counted and bagged them. For whatever reason a few of them had slightly thicker threads, still all fit, may have been from a different run or supplier to Emtek, friend said yeah he had seen that before, anyway, I bagged them up separate within the whole bag. These are the thick 3.3 mm hinges vs the regular 2.2 mm thick hinges, these are heavy each hinge weighs without the screws 11.4 ounces. Shipping will be via the USPS medium sized Flat rate box only, or you can pick them up.  With packaging and reinforcing the box it is about 24 pounds! Each hinge will be protected as in the photos with sheet foam padding so they don't get nicked up. Remember, these are used, I gave them the quick look over, there maybe a nick or lite scratch here or there or under a dab of that paint. I don't have the time to sit and make them all look brand new again. That's good for you as you are going to save by putting in a little elbow grease (work) yourself. I am downsizing so things will be priced to sell! Will be listing parts, tools, garage items, swap meet stuff..... I will combine shipping.
